VOLUNTEER

Be a part of preserving our Heritage for now and forever…

While the work of the Trust is largely coordinated by core staff, much of the interesting and interactive work in the field is actually done by volunteers. Trust Volunteers are a group of dedicated and caring individuals with varying skills, talents, time and resources who together achieve great things for heritage preservation.

Volunteers are involved at the Trust in many different ways:

  • Serve with a group on a committee

  • Lead a research trek in the bush with a visiting scientist

  • Individually carry-out a project or task

  • Fund-raise one hundred or one hundred thousand dollars

  • Research and document a historic structure for a preservation proposal

  • Fold and label a newsletter for a membership mailing

  • And much more!

Volunteer service at the Trust can be as structured, frequent, monumental or academic as you wish. Whatever your talents, interests, skills or available time may be, there is something for everyone to do at the Trust!

Simply contact any staff member and just let us know that you want to get involved. We hope to see you soon!
